ulus 29

This venue was opened in 1993. Ulus 29 is a perfect place to view the Bosphorus and bridges of Istanbul whilst dining. The concept of the restaurant is gastronomic with traditional cuisines and cooking methods. The restaurant produces its own dry-aged meat as well as ice creams and pasta. Other cuisines are also on offer such as sushi. A massive wine list of 4,500 bottles overwhelms the menu.

 

Rana meyhane

Formerly known as Topaz, the restaurant offers the best of the Mediterranean and Ottoman cuisine. It overlooks the Bosphorus. The interior is designed in a geometric theme that is decorated with modern décor. The restaurant offer two menus: modern and traditional.  The modern menu consists of innovative and new dishes such as goose liver terrine with cranberry marmalade and walnut, while the traditional menu offers classics such as Turkish ravioli with beef and strained yogurt. The wine list has national recognition with an award from a local magazine called Gusto.

 

 

 

 

Salt-bae

This restaurant is not only known for the quality of its food but also for its unique serving style. This steakhouse has a great selection of lamb, fully stocked bar with nearly every top brand at hand.  The food is mainly 50% cooked on coal fire and 50% cooked at your table with sizzling butter and flamethrowers.

 

 

 

 

Borsa

A true Istanbul classic. The fine dining room has been serving the best of Turkish cusines since 1927. The restaurant hasn’t gone through much change to keep its original early 1900s décor.  You can try every dish, from yaprak sarmasi  (stuffed vine leaves) to kuzu tandir (roasted lamb).

This dining venue is one of the most established restaurants in Antalya, the venue greats its guests with wonderful views over the old city and sea. It was built by the Italians in the late 19th century and passed on to local Turkish people.  The restaurant’s building has served many purposes over the centuries such as a flour mill and flour storage point.  Club Arma offers Mediterranean dishes, fresh fish and other seafood ranges.

The restaurant is made of a stone structure overhanging a cliff with direct access through wooden steps to a beach a few metres below. Overlooking the sea, stone arches are prominent where the tables are set. You can hear the waves massaging your senses and the lights creating a romantic atmosphere. The menu has selections of fish and meat. Meat skewers are a favourite of locals.

Limon is one of the most beautiful restaurants in Bodrum. It stretches out over a garden where vintage tables and chairs are surrounded by a strong presence of green life. You can enjoy a drink at the bar under trees with light bulbs hanging down. You can mesmerise the beauty of bodrum by overlooking it whilst choosing your meal from different menus.

 

 

 

 

orfoz

If you like seafood, Orfoz is the place for you. The theme here is eating eberything that comes out of the sea. The venue is decored with wooden tables and chairs that refer to naturalism. Sardine sashimi, smoked eel, sea snails in whine sauce, fresh clams with lemon, baked mussels and many more dishes are available at this restaurant. 

 

 

 

White House restaurant

This restaurant is family run.  It’s menu offers wonderful dishes from both over the world and Turkey. The restaurant is known by the locals for its large portions of home cooked food. Large travelling groups love to rest whilst eating at this venue. 

 

 

 

 

Kaya wine house

Kaya Wine House is one of the finest in Pamukkale. An interesting experience is when you walk in, you can see groups of people smoking shisha whilst socialising.  Different types of kebabs are also an activity on its own.

This establishment used to be a café for the villagers and it’s one of the best restaurants in Cappadocia. It stands in the shade of Uchisar Castle and overlooks the red valley and pigeon valley. Guests can enjoy wine and cocktails on the terrace whilst enjoying the view of Mount Erciyes. The menu is presents traditional dishes with modern and international twists.

This restaurant has an extensive menu with a variety of Turkish traditional dishes fused with a modern touch. Sac tava, dolma, pot kebabs, charcoal dishes and many more are on offer. The guests are allowed to tour around the kitchen which shows trust and confidence.
